We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@midmood.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
